Essential Testing

The process starts with a consultation in which the end use and market sector requirements are discussed. Advice is then given on what level of testing, and where necessary, what formal test specifications should be followed. Liaison with the test ranges is then undertaken and all the planning other than test item manufacture is carried out on behalf of the customer. If required, the test footage/photos and data can be edited into a short movie or clips for presentations to potential customers.

SJH projects can also assist in designing your test configuration and the test rigs themselves. Test management, data and imagery processing and detailed reporting can be provided to fully support the customer’s needs.

Finding templates that work out of the box in newer versions of Aegisub can be challenging, as some older Lua scripts are deprecated. Below are the most reliable repositories for clean, functional template downloads. 1. GitHub Repositories (The Best for Modern Aegisub)

If your screen becomes a mess of text, you forgot to delete the "Generated" lines before re-applying a new template. for a certain style, such as moving particles color-changing gradients

Look at the style name assigned to your downloaded template line.

Ensure the name of the template line exactly matches the Style name of your timed lyric lines. Step 3: Run the Automation Script Navigate to the top menu bar in Aegisub. Click on Automation . Select Apply karaoke template .

This is the magic button. In the top menu bar, go to Automation → Karaoke Templater → Apply karaoke template . If the menu option is grayed out, it means Aegisub does not detect any template lines in the file.

If the template looks "broken," you likely don't have the specific font the creator used. Check the "Style" of the template line. Automation Error: Ensure you have scripts enabled. Most modern versions of Aegisub (like Aegisub-dc ) come with these pre-installed. Overlapping Lines:

Check your spelling in the "Effect" column. A single typo (e.g., writing "templete" instead of "template") will cause the automation engine to skip the line.
