Some GP-80160 models have small physical switches (DIP switches) on the bottom or inside the printer. These are used to change core hardware behaviors. You should only adjust these if you are comfortable doing so, as incorrect settings can prevent the printer from working.

This driver configuration is designed for models lacking an automatic mechanical paper cutter. The operator must manually tear off receipts against a physical serrated edge. The driver explicitly omits paper-cutting commands to prevent software execution loops or device hang-ups.
