The modpack is described as a : almost every system in the base gameplay has been overhauled, but not so much that it becomes unrecognizable from Skyrim as Todd Howard intended. Most systems have simply been expanded rather than completely gutted and redone. For example, combat functions similarly to vanilla but adds the challenges of dodging and blocking being required instead of encouraged. The magic system has been rebalanced and tweaked, and expansions have been added to the religion system, shouts, alchemy, enchanting, and more.
