Many iconic PS2 titles—including Shadow of the Colossus , Silent Hill 2 , and the Grand Theft Auto trilogy—were locked at 30 frames per second, often dipping into the low 20s during intense scenes. Fixed ISOs frequently include frame-rate patches that decouple the game logic from the frame rate. This allows the game to run at a silky-smooth 60 FPS without speeding up the actual gameplay physics. 3. Progressive Scan (480p/576p) Enforced

The original retail release notoriously dropped into the mid-teens for framerate during intense boss fights. Fixed ISOs with 60 FPS patches and anti-aliasing removals make the gameplay remarkably smooth.
Original PS2 games were programmed for the physical movement of a laser assembly. When running from an SSD or HDD, these "wait" commands are unnecessary. Fixed ISOs often remove dummy data (padding) used to push data to the outer edge of a physical disc, resulting in significantly faster load times. B. Leo smiled. He unpaused. The clockwork angel screamed, and he raised his repaired sword in a world where broken things, with enough love, could be made whole again. And that was better than any new release.

binlist.net is a public web service for looking up credit and debit card meta data.
The first 6 or 8 digits of a payment card number (credit cards, debit cards, etc.) are known as the Issuer Identification Numbers (IIN), previously known as Bank Identification Number (BIN). These identify the institution that issued the card to the card holder.
The data backing this service is not a table of card number prefixes. That would be unreliable and provide you with too little information. The data is sourced from multiple places, filtered, prioritized, and combined to form the data you eventually see. Some data is formed based on assumptions we make by looking at adjoining cards.
Although this service is very accurate, don't expect it to be perfect.
For the reasons above, we do not provide a static database dump; it is either terribly imprecise or you would need specialized software to compile the results.
We welcome pull requests on github.com/binlist/data.
